This simple recipe of steak kabobs is juicy and tender at the same time. It’s great as a snack or as a main course.
Ingredients
• 2 lb. top sirloin
• 1 cup of All-Purpose Marinade
• 2 large onions, wedges
• 1lb. cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, cut into 1-inch pieces with no seed
• Some mushrooms or other vegetable of choice
• Wooden skewers
Instruction
1. Cut beef into cubes. Place the beef in a Ziploc bag (a gallon) and add 1 cup of the marinade. Marinate beef in refrigerator for at least an hour or overnight (up to 8 hrs.).
2. Preheat the oven to 350F (30 mins) and soak 8-12 wooden skewers in water to clean.
3. After clean and dry the skewers thread the beef and vegetables on (one of each, or any way of prefer).
4. Place the beef kabobs pan lined with baking sheet, turning them every 10 minutes for 30 minutes (slightly pink inside and brown outside).
