Salsa Verde Chicken

A super easy recipe with only three ingredients to make this delicious Mexican dish of Salsa Verde chicken.

Ingredients

• ¾ cup onion
• 1 cup Salsa Verde I love the Pace Garlic & Lime Verde Salsa
• 2 lb. chicken breasts

Instruction

1. Add the onion, Salsa Verde and chicken to the pressure pot. Cook room temperature chicken on high pressure for 12 minutes. Turn on valve to natural release all pressure.
2. Remove the chicken breasts from the pot and shred the chicken.
3. Take out 1/3 cup of liquid from the pot and stir into the shredded chicken till well mixed.
