Roasted Parsnips

Roasted Parsnips are simple to make and incredibly delicious as a vegetable side to any dinner.

Ingredients

• 1-pound parsnips, peeled and sliced into thin strips
• 1 1/2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
• 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
• 2 tablespoons maple syrup
• 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon sherry vinegar

Instruction

1- Place a pan in oven and preheat oven to 500F.
2- Combine parsnips, walnuts, thyme, maple syrup, salt, and pepper.
3- Place in a single layer on preheated pan. Bake about 10 minutes.
