Raisin Bread Pudding

The sweetness of brown sugar and cinnamon with bread serves great with milk for breakfast.

Ingredients

• 16 slices bread, cut into cube
• 1 cup raisins
• 2 cans Evaporated Milk (12 fluid oz./can)
• 4 large eggs, slightly beaten
• 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
• 1/4 cup butter, melted
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Instruction

1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease baking pan.
2. Stir together evaporated milk, eggs, sugar, butter, vanilla extract, cinnamon and nutmeg in bowl. Add in bread and raisins; let stand for 10 minutes.
3. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes (until insert a toothpick in middle and comes out clean).
