These protein cookies are easy to make and contains no flour.
Ingredients
• 2 medium ripe bananas, mush
• 60g unflavored protein powder
• 1 rolled oats
• 2 tbsp. peanut butter, unsalted
Instruction
1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Line baking sheet pan with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.
2. Combine mash bananas, protein powder, oats and peanut butter in a bowl; stir to combine.
3. Shape cookie on pan and bake for 12-14 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
