Tender, flavorful and saucy Air Fryer chicken meatballs.
Ingredients
- 1-pound ground chicken
- 1 large egg, beaten
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 cup pork rinds, ground
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
Instruction
- Preheat Air Fryer to 400 F.
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, egg, cheese, ½ cup pork rinds, garlic, paprika, salt and pepper. Roll mixture into 1½-inch balls.
- Roll the meatballs in the rest of ground pork rinds.
- Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray, place meatballs in a single layer and cook for 12 minutes at 400 F, turning once through halfway.
