Meatloaf

This recipe only uses a few ingredients to make juicy and flavorful meatloaf.

Ingredients

• 1.5lbs ground beef (97% lean)
• 3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
• 3/4 cup ketchup (divided)
• 1 egg
• 1/2 tsp season salt
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Instruction

1. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, season salt, onion powder, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, and 1/2 cup ketchup all together.
2. Divide mixture in half and flatten into the loaf pans.
3. Add 1.5 cups of water to Pot liner, add rack, and place loaf pans onto the rack. Secure lid and cook on high pressure for 25 minutes. After it is complete, let air quick release.
4. Take out and turn on broiler. Cover meatloaf with remaining ketchup and place pans in broil setting for 5 minutes. Remove pan and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
