The best crustless cheesecake recipe with great flavor but without all the calories.

Ingredients

• 16 oz. softened cream cheese
• 3/4 cup zero calorie sweetener
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/2 tsp lemon juice
• 2 tbsp. sour cream

 

Instruction

1. Mix together the eggs, sweetener, vanilla, and lemon juice in a blender until smooth. Whip the sour cream until silky.
2. Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees. Pour batter into two 4-inch pans and cook for 8-10 minutes.
3. Allow pan cool completely, then refrigerator overnight.
