A really easy recipe for this juicy roasted chicken that can be made for no time.
Ingredients
• 1 whole chicken (3 pound)
• Salt and black pepper to taste
• 1 tablespoon onion powder
• ½ cup margarine, divided
• 1 stalk celery
Instruction
1. Preheat oven to 350 F (175 C).
2. Season chicken generously with salt, pepper and onion powder (also inside) on baking pan.
3. Cut the celery into pieces with 3 tablespoons margarine in the chicken cavity. And the remaining margarine on the chicken’s exterior.
4. Bake uncovered 1 hour and 15 minutes in oven. Test internal temperature of 180 F. Cover up the chicken with aluminum foil, and rest 30 minutes before serving.
