This recipe is absolutely delicious cooked with honey and garlic, it is the most popular flavor of chicken wings.
Ingredients
• 50 split chicken wings
• ¼ cup flour
• salt & pepper to taste
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
Sauce
• ½ cup honey
• 4 tablespoons soy sauce
• 4 large crushed garlic cloves
• 1 tablespoon diced ginger
• ½ teaspoon chili flakes
• ⅓ cup water
• 1 teaspoon corn starch
Instruction
1. Dry wings completely with paper towels. Preheat oven to 425°F.
2. Dip wings with flour, salt & pepper. Remove any excess flour and spray with olive oil).
3. Line pans with foil paper and then place parchment paper on and bake 35 minutes (turning at 18 minutes).
4. Cook the sauce ingredients in a small pan, lower the heat once boil and lower heat to simmer about 10 minutes to thickened the sauce.
5. When the wings are done mix with sauce and back in oven for 10 minutes (turning in 5 minutes).
6. Allow wings to cool down before serving (the sauce is thicker when cool).
