This tasty recipe of lamb chops loaded with flavor marinated in garlic, thyme, rosemary, kosher salt, and olive oil.
Ingredients
• 4 large garlic cloves, pressed
• 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
• 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary leaves
• 2 teaspoons coarse kosher salt
• 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, divided
• 6 1-1/4-inch lamb chops
Instruction
1. Mix garlic, thyme, rosemary, kosher salt and 1 tablespoon olive oil in large bowl. Add lamb into sauce and cover each one. Marinate at room temperature 30 minutes -1 hour.
2. Preheat oven to 400F.
3. Brush remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil in pan. Transfer in to oven and roast lamb chops 10-13 minutes. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
