Handheld Chicken Pot Pies

Super easy recipe of handheld pot pie with yummy biscuit pastry as crust.

Ingredients

• 2 packages of frozen biscuits
• 1 onion diced
• 2-3 cups cooked diced chicken (can replace with canned chicken)
• 1 can cream of chicken soup
• 10 oz. steamed frozen mixed veggies
• salt and pepper to taste

Instruction

1. Cook diced onion until soft with oil. Add chicken, veggies, salt, pepper and soup cook thoroughly.
2. Preheat oven to 350F and spray oil on flat pan.
3. Open package of biscuits and flatten to a circle. Place chicken filling on one side and fold the other half over. Use a fork to press edges to seal the open side closed and place on pan.
4. Bake for about 30-35 minutes (or when the biscuits are golden).
