Ingredients
• 2 pounds yellow onions, peeled and sliced
• 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
• 1 tablespoon brown sugar
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 3 tablespoons flour
• 2 cartons beef broth (32 oz. or 8 cups)
• 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Instruction
1. Set pressure cooker Sauté, cook onions, butter, and sugar in a for 15-20 minutes or until caramelized. Add the flour and garlic; stir for 1 minute.
2. Add the broth and balsamic vinegar. Seal pressure cooker and set to high pressure for 5 minutes. After the time is done, allow quick release.
