Homemade dried fruits can be a health snack or a fruit tea, just add hot water.

Ingredients

• 2 apples
• 5 kiwis
• 2 oranges
• 2 bananas
• 2 tbsp. lime juice (lemon juice)

Instruction

1. Remove seeds and cut apple into thin slices (1/8 to ¼ inch). Dip all slice apple in lime juice and place on rack in a single layer.
2. Peel and cut kiwi into thin slices, and place on rack in a single layer. As the same for orange and bananas. All slices should be 1/8 to ¼ inch.
3. Preheat oven 140F (60C) at dehydrate mode.
4. Cook for 8 hours (turn on 4 hrs.).
5. Let cool and store in air tight container.
