The easiest and fastest way to cook this delicious recipe of pressure cooker beef curry.

Ingredients

• 2 tomatoes, cut into quarters
• 1 small onion, cut into quarters
• 4 garlic cloves, chopped
• 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
• 1 teaspoon ground cumin
• 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
• 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1-pound beef chuck roast, cut into 1-inch cubes

Instruction

1. In a blender, combine the tomatoes, onion, garlic, and cilantro; blend until smooth.
2. Then add the cumin, coriander, garam masala, cayenne, and salt; blend another 30 seconds.
3. Add beef and pour the vegetable puree over.
4. Close and lock lid. Set setting to high pressure and cook for 20 minutes. Let the pressure release naturally (10 minutes), then quick release.
