Ingredients
- 3 cups artichoke hearts
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Homemade Seasoned Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice, fresh squeezed
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 425F.
- Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice on artichoke hearts, shake to coat well. Sprinkle with seasoned salt and black pepper, tossing to mix.
- Arrange seasoned artichoke hearts in a single layer on cooking sheet lined with a parchment. Bake for 45 minutes.
