Quick and easy muffins that are buttery and garlicky with golden crust tops.
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup white sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- 1 ½ cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- ¼ cup butter, melted
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 400 F. Grease muffin pan (12-14 cups).
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and baking soda together in a bowl.
- Stir in Cheddar cheese, yogurt, eggs, and butter.
- Stir until mixture is moistened. Spoon the batter into the muffin pan.
- Bake for 18 – 20 minutes.
