Cheese Muffins

Quick and easy muffins that are buttery and garlicky with golden crust tops.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 ½ cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • ¼ cup butter, melted

Instruction

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F. Grease muffin pan (12-14 cups).
  2. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and baking soda together in a bowl.
  3. Stir in Cheddar cheese, yogurt, eggs, and butter.
  4. Stir until mixture is moistened. Spoon the batter into the muffin pan.
  5. Bake for 18 – 20 minutes.
