Cauliflower Gratin is perfectly cheesy and yummy with gluten-free.
Ingredients
- 1 large head cauliflower
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 5 cups half and half or milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instruction
- Set pressure cooker to sauté setting.
- Add in butter, cream cheese, garlic, and mustard and whisk well. Then add milk, shredded cheese and whisk. until all the cheese is melted into the sauce.
- Add cauliflower and cook on high pressure for 2 minutes, quick release.
