Cauliflower Gratin

Cauliflower Gratin is perfectly cheesy and yummy with gluten-free.

Ingredients

  • 1 large head cauliflower
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 5 cups half and half or milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instruction

  1. Set pressure cooker to sauté setting.
  2. Add in butter, cream cheese, garlic, and mustard and whisk well. Then add milk, shredded cheese and whisk. until all the cheese is melted into the sauce.
  3. Add cauliflower and cook on high pressure for 2 minutes, quick release.
