This beef enchiladas recipe with red sauce only have four ingredients. It’s easy to make but can serve four on the family table.
Ingredients
• 1 lb. cooked ground beef
• 10 oz. red enchilada sauce
• 2 cup shredded cheese
• 12 tortillas
Instruction
1. Spray a baking pan with cooking spray.
2. Mix precooked ground beef with 7.5oz enchilada sauce and 1 cup of cheese.
3. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
4. Spoon approx. ¼ cup cheese filling into each tortilla, roll it up and put them in the baking pan.
5. Pour rest of the sauce over tortillas, then sprinkle remaining cheese.
6. Bake for 25-30 mins (until cheese is melted).
