Tasty chicken roll ups are perfect for appetizer of snack.
Ingredients
• 2 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 6 tablespoons BBQ sauce, divided
• 2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
• 1 Crescent Seamless Dough Sheet (8-ounce)
• 1/4 cup finely red onion, chopped
• 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
• 1 cup shredded Colby Jack Cheese
Instruction
1. Stir together cream cheese and 2 tbsp. of BBQ sauce.
2. Stir together the remaining BBQ sauce on chicken in another bowl.
3. Unroll the dough on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Preheat oven to 400 F.
5. Spread cream cheese BBQ mixture on dough. Spread out chicken evenly on dough. Sprinkle with red onion, cilantro and cheese.
6. Roll the dough up from the long end and cut into 12 pieces and arrange them on baking sheet.
7. Bake for 18 minutes (until golden).
