Banana Cake is soft, moist and rich all at the same time.
Ingredients
- 3 bananas
- 8 tbsp. butter, softened
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs, room temperature
- 1½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp kosher salt
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Grease baking dish with cooking spray.
- Mix bananas and butter together in a bowl. Mix in the sugars, cream, vanilla and eggs, one at a time, until completely combined.
- Combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Add it to the egg mixture.
- Pour batter into pan and bake for 23 – 27 minutes. Let the cake cool completely before serving.
