Eight Minute Air Fryer garlic cheese stuffed mushrooms
Ingredients
- 16oz Mini Portobello Mushrooms, stems separated
- 1 lb. Mild Ground Pork Sausage, Cooked
- 8 oz. Package of Cream Cheese Softened
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh Chopped Parsley
- 1 Garlic Clove Crushed
- 1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
Instruction
- Place the stems in a food processor, add in the cooked sausage, cream cheese, parsley, garlic clove, and cheese to the food processor.
- Blend until completely mixed.
- Stuff filling in each mushroom and place in basket.
- Spray evenly with cooking spray.
- Cook in the air fryer on 390 F for 8 minutes.
