Air Fryer Stuffed Mushrooms

Eight Minute Air Fryer garlic cheese stuffed mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 16oz Mini Portobello Mushrooms, stems separated
  • 1 lb. Mild Ground Pork Sausage, Cooked
  • 8 oz. Package of Cream Cheese Softened
  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh Chopped Parsley
  • 1 Garlic Clove Crushed
  • 1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

Instruction

  1. Place the stems in a food processor, add in the cooked sausage, cream cheese, parsley, garlic clove, and cheese to the food processor.
  2. Blend until completely mixed.
  3. Stuff filling in each mushroom and place in basket.
  4. Spray evenly with cooking spray.
  5. Cook in the air fryer on 390 F for 8 minutes.
