Air Fryer Mexican Street Corn on The Cob

This flavorful and tasty Mexican Street Corn recipe is ready in 10 minutes in the air fryer.

Ingredients

• 4 corn on cob
• 1 tsp chili powder
• 1/3 cup sour cream
• 1/4 tsp kosher salt
• 1/4 tsp ground pepper
• 2 tbsp. butter, melted
• 1/2 cup cotija Cheese
• Lemon juice and chopped cilantro (optional)

Instruction

1. Preheat the air fryer to 400 F.
2. Brush corn on all sides with melted butter (reserve the remaining butter).
3. Place the corn into the basket and cook for 10 minutes (turn on halfway).
4. Meanwhile, mix salt and pepper, reserved melted butter, chili powder, and sour cream in a bowl.
5. Take out corn and apply the sauce. Apply cotija cheese to the corn by either rolling or sprinkling on corn. Lemon and cilantro are optional for serving.
