Delicious, Air fryer cheesecake in just 25 minutes.
Ingredients
- 1 lemon, zest and juice
- 1 tub ricotta, 475 grams
- ¾ cup white sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 eggs
- 3 tablespoons corn starch
Instruction
- Preheat the Air fryer to 320F.
- In a bowl combine the ricotta, sugar, vanilla essence, 1 tbsp. lemon juice and the lemon zest. Stir the ingredients until well combined.
- Add eggs one at a time in the bowl and stir well. Add the corn starch and mix well.
- Pour mixture into the baking dish.
- Place the dish into the Air fryer and cook for 25 minutes. Let to cool completely.
