This recipe gives the flavor of an oven roasted turkey, but in much less time and more flavor.
Ingredients
- 2 lb. turkey breast, skin on
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 4 tbsp. butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. freshly chopped thyme
- 1 tsp. freshly chopped rosemary
Instruction
- Pat turkey dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, combine butter, garlic, thyme, and rosemary. Brush butter mixture over turkey.
- Place in basket of air fryer, skin side up and cook at 375 F for 40 minutes (lip halfway through).
- Let sit for 5 minutes before slicing.
