Ingredients
• 500g squid rings
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 2 cups panko breadcrumbs
• 2 tbsp. salt
• 2 tbsp. pepper, cracked
• 1 egg
• 1 cup buttermilk
Instruction
1. Mix buttermilk and egg in a bowl.
2. Mix breadcrumbs, salt, pepper and flour in another bowl.
3. Dip squid rings into buttermilk mixture then roll in breadcrumb and shake off excess.
4. Place calamari in a single layer in basket.
5. Cook for 10-12 minutes on 400F.
