Air fryer lemon cheesecake

Delicious, Air fryer cheesecake in just 25 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 lemon, zest and juice
  • 1 tub ricotta, 475 grams
  • ¾ cup white sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons corn starch

Instruction

  1. Preheat the Air fryer to 320F.
  2. In a bowl combine the ricotta, sugar, vanilla essence, 1 tbsp. lemon juice and the lemon zest. Stir the ingredients until well combined.
  3. Add eggs one at a time in the bowl and stir well. Add the corn starch and mix well.
  4. Pour mixture into the baking dish.
  5. Place the dish into the Air fryer and cook for 25 minutes. Let to cool completely.
