Air Fryer Chicken Thighs with Honey Soy are tender on the inside and slightly crispy on the outside.
Ingredients
- 5lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup oil
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- salt and pepper to taste
Instruction
- Mix soy sauce, oil, honey, garlic powder, and ground ginger together in a bowl.
- Divide evenly into two portions.
- Add chicken thighs to a big bowl with one portion of marinade and coat chicken.
- Refrigerate marinated chicken for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
- Preheat air fryer to 400 F.
- Air fry chicken for 10-15 minutes (internal temperature 165 F).
- Pour reserved of sauce on top after cooking.
