Air Fryer Chicken Thighs with Honey Soy are tender on the inside and slightly crispy on the outside.

Ingredients

  • 5lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instruction

  1. Mix soy sauce, oil, honey, garlic powder, and ground ginger together in a bowl.
  2. Divide evenly into two portions.
  3. Add chicken thighs to a big bowl with one portion of marinade and coat chicken.
  4. Refrigerate marinated chicken for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 400 F.
  6. Air fry chicken for 10-15 minutes (internal temperature 165 F).
  7. Pour reserved of sauce on top after cooking.
