These homemade halloumi fries have nice and soft inside, but also keeps it’s shape.
Ingredients
- 1 block of halloumi cheese (225g)
- 2 tsp olive oil
Instruction
- Preheat your air fryer to 360F.
- Slice halloumi into 6 equal size slices and brush with olive oil.
- Brush the bottom of the fry basket with olive oil and place the halloumi slices on top.
- Fry for 10-12 minutes.
