Crispy Halloumi Fries

These homemade halloumi fries have nice and soft inside, but also keeps it’s shape.

Ingredients

  • 1 block of halloumi cheese (225g)
  • 2 tsp olive oil

Instruction

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 360F.
  2. Slice halloumi into 6 equal size slices and brush with olive oil.
  3. Brush the bottom of the fry basket with olive oil and place the halloumi slices on top.
  4. Fry for 10-12 minutes.
