Air Fryer Salmon Patties are a quick and easy healthy meal that is packed with flavor.
Ingredients
- 1 can salmon, deboned and skin removed
- 1 celery stalk, finely diced
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 cup panko
- 4 tablespoon light mayo
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon old bay seasoning
- 2 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon dill, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instruction
- Pre-heat Air Fryer for about 3 minutes at 400 F.
- Mix all the ingredient at once and form into 10 small patties (about 2″ inches).
- Brush both sides of Salmon Cakes with oil. Put them into the pre-heated air fryer for 8 minutes. Flip and cook an additional 6 minutes.
