Air Fryer Potato Chips recipe is crunchy and so delicious.
Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes
- Olive oil cooking spray
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Instruction
- Preheat air fryer to 360 F.
- cut potatoes into thin slices using a vegetable peeler.
- Ice bath potatoes and soak for 15 minutes. Then drain.
- Soak with clean ice water with another 15 minutes.
- pat dry potatoes and spray with cooking spray.
- Season with salt. Place potato slices in a single layer on greased air-fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-17 minutes, turning every 5-7 minutes.
