It’s easy to make this healthy vegetable and protein dinner made with sheet pan pork chop with potatoes and carrots.
Ingredients
- 5 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1 package Italian dressing mix, 1 ounce
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 Tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 6 pork chops, 4-6 ounce
- 1 1/2 pounds baby red potatoes halved
- pound baby carrots
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 400 F.
- Spray a sheet pan with cooking spray.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, dressing packet, paprika, oregano, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper together.
- Dip pork chop in mixture to coat, and place on the pan. Add the potatoes and carrots to the pan.
- Drizzle remaining mixture on top. Bake for 35-40 minutes
