Sheet Pan Pork Chop With potatoes and carrots

It’s easy to make this healthy vegetable and protein dinner made with sheet pan pork chop with potatoes and carrots.

Ingredients

  • 5 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 package Italian dressing mix, 1 ounce
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 Tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 6 pork chops, 4-6 ounce
  • 1 1/2 pounds baby red potatoes halved
  • pound baby carrots

Instruction

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F.
  2. Spray a sheet pan with cooking spray.
  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, dressing packet, paprika, oregano, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper together.
  4. Dip pork chop in mixture to coat, and place on the pan. Add the potatoes and carrots to the pan.
  5. Drizzle remaining mixture on top. Bake for 35-40 minutes
