Delicious bake salmon topping with a pistachio crust
Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets, clean and dry
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- ½ lemon, juiced
- ¼ tsp lemon zest
- 1 Tbsp. coarse grain mustard
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- ¼ cup pistachio, shelled and minced
- 2 Tbsp. panko bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 375F
- Lined baking pan with parchment paper, salmon skin side down. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
- In a bowl, combine lemon juice, lemon zest, mustard and honey. Spoon mixture and spread evenly over top of each salmon fillet.
- Combine pistachio with panko and olive
- oil. Spread and lightly press on pistachio mixture on salmon.
- Bake 15-20 min, let sit for 5 min before serving.
