Baked pork chops on a sheet pan with vegetable make a flavorful dinner.
Ingredients
- 4-6 medium potatoes, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1 cup frozen baby carrots
- 1 cup frozen green beans
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons dried parsley
- salt and pepper, to taste
- fresh parsley for garnish
Instruction
- In a bowl add the olive oil, paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, and salt and pepper and mix until it forms a paste.
- Preheat oven to 400 F.
- Rub the mixture onto both sides of the pork chops. Add potatoes, carrots and green beans to a sheet pan.
- Pour the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, parsley and salt and pepper over the top and toss to coat.
- Place pork chops on top. Bake for 20 minutes.
