Hash Brown Egg Bake

Hash Brown Egg Bake, a nice and cozy breakfast or brunch meal that everyone will enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 1 package frozen cubed hash brown potatoes (30 ounces), thawed
  • 1-pound bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • Paprika, to taste

Instruction

  • In a bowl, combine the hash browns, bacon, 1/2 cup cheese and salt. Transfer to a dish.
  • In another bowl, beat eggs and milk until well blended.
  • Pour on top of hash brown. Sprinkle with paprika.
  • Bake at 350 F for 45-50 minutes, sprinkle with remaining cheese.
