Try this recipe of garlicky, buttery rice combined with tender creamy mushrooms.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup medium grain rice
- 1/2-pound sliced baby Portobello mushrooms
- 6 green onions, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup water
- 4 teaspoons beef base
Instruction
- Set setting to sauté on cooker (medium heat)
- Add butter in pot, once melted stir in rice for 3-5 minutes.
- Add mushrooms, green onions and garlic. In a bowl, whisk water and beef base then pour over rice.
- Lock lid and pressure cook on high for 4 minutes. Let pressure naturally release.
