Mushroom Rice

Try this recipe of garlicky, buttery rice combined with tender creamy mushrooms.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup medium grain rice
  • 1/2-pound sliced baby Portobello mushrooms
  • 6 green onions, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup water
  • 4 teaspoons beef base

Instruction

  1. Set setting to sauté on cooker (medium heat)
  2. Add butter in pot, once melted stir in rice for 3-5 minutes.
  3. Add mushrooms, green onions and garlic. In a bowl, whisk water and beef base then pour over rice.
  4. Lock lid and pressure cook on high for 4 minutes. Let pressure naturally release.
