This tasty Italian goulash is perfect for a cozy dinner with lot of flavors.
Ingredients
• 1 lb. ground beef (90% Lean / 10% Fat)
• 1 white onion diced
• 2 green bell pepper diced
• 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• ¼ teaspoon pepper
• 4 cans Italian stewed tomatoes 14.5 oz.
• 1 can tomato sauce 28 oz.
• 1 lb. pasta of choice
Instruction
1. In the instant pot on sauté mode. Add beef, bell pepper, onion, and garlic. Sauté until meat is browned and vegetables are tender.
2. Pour in tomato sauce and stewed tomatoes. Add salt and pepper. Set to high pressure for 10 minutes. Let natural release happen.
3. To cook pasta in instant pot just add it to the sauce and put on sauté mode until the pasta is cooked. Stirring frequently.
