Homemade Yogurt

This homemade yogurt only uses three simple ingredients. The creamy yogurt tops with fruits and nuts would make a very nutritious breakfast.

Ingredients

• 1/2 gallon or 1 carton (52oz) ultra-pasteurized, ultra-high temp, or shelf stable milk
• 1-2 Tablespoons plain or vanilla yogurt (as the starter)
• 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk

Instruction

1. Pour milk into pot, add in condensed milk and Whisk in 1-2 Tablespoons of plain yogurt.
2. Lock the lid on the pot and turn the valve to sealing.
3. Press the Yogurt button for setting (8 hours).
4. The longer you incubate your yogurt, the thicker and tangier it will be.
5. Remove the pot liner, cover and chill in the fridge for 5 hours.
6. Yogurt can refrigerate up to 2-3 weeks.
