This yummy chocolate cake can be made without an oven. Taste even better with toppings like berries and ice-cream.
Ingredients
• 1 cup water
• 4 large eggs
• 1-1/2 cups sugar
• 1/2 cup butter, melted
• 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/2 cup baking cocoa
• 1 tablespoon instant coffee
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instruction
1. Pour water into pressure cooker. In a bowl, beat eggs, sugar, butter and vanilla extract until mixed. In another bowl, whisk flour, cocoa, coffee and salt and combine to egg mixture and mix.
2. Then transfer to an oil greased 1-1/2qt (6 cups) baking dish. Cover loosely with foil paper (prevent moisture getting into dish). Place on a rack with handles and put into pressure cooker. Lock lid and vent close. Select high pressure and cook for 25 minutes.
3. Allow naturally release of pressure (10 minutes), then quick release any remaining pressure.
