Try this tasty pot mussels with only 5 minutes cook time.
Ingredients
• 2 Tablespoons butter
• 2 chopped shallots
• 4 garlic cloves minced
• 1/2 cup broth
• 1/2 cup white wine
• 2 lb. mussels
• Lemon and Parsley for serving (optional)
Instruction
1. Clean and remove hair like fiber from mussels.
2. Place chopped shallot onions and butter in Pot and select Sauté setting.
3. Sauté onions until soft. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
4. Add broth, wine and mussels.
5. Turn setting to Manual for 5 minutes. Natural release air after done.
