Coconut Cranberry bars recipe with fresh coconut, dried cranberries and white chocolate.
Ingredients
• 1cup cracker crumbs
• 1/2 cup butter, melted
• 1cup white baking chocolate chips
• 1cup dried cranberries
• 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 ounces)
• 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
• 1 cup pecan halves
Instruction
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Mix cracker crumbs and melted butter to crumble, and press onto baking pan for a thin layer. Mix chocolate chip, cranberry, condensed milk, coconut, and pecan halves in a bowl and spread over crust.
3. Bake 25-28 minutes (until edges are golden brown). Cut into bars until cool completely.
