These seasoned potato wedges are quick and easy to make.
Ingredients
• 4 russet potatoes, rinsed
• 1/4 tsp sea salt or kosher salt
• 1/4 tsp garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp paprika
• 1/4 tsp black pepper
• 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
• 2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
• 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Instruction
1. Place potatoes in a bowl of water for 30 minutes. Then drain thoroughly and pat dry with paper towel.
2. Preheat oven to 450F.
3. Mix salt, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper and potatoes in a bowl. Next, add olive oil and toss until every potato is coated.
4. Line baking pan with foil and place potatoes. Bake at 450F for 30-35 minute (till crispy).
5. Top with parsley and cheese to serve.
