Homemade Cheese Burger

The best version of air fried homemade cheese burger. With the outside crisp and inside juicy, loaded with your favorite toppings.

Ingredients

• 1 lb. ground beef
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce
• Kosher salt
• Freshly ground black pepper
• 4 slices American cheese
• 4 hamburger buns
• Mayonnaise
• Lettuce
• Sliced tomatoes
• Thinly sliced red onion

Instruction

1. Combine beef, garlic, and soy sauce in a large bowl. Flatten into four 4-inch patties (or use a burger presser) and season both sides with salt and pepper.
2. Place 2 patties at a time in air fryer and cook at 375° for 4 minutes for each side. Take out and top with a slice of cheese. Repeat same steps for remaining patties.
3. Spread hamburger buns with mayonnaise, then top with any veggies prefer (lettuce, tomato, pickles).
