Ingredients
• 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
• 1 tsp. garlic powder
• 1 tsp. paprika
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 2 large eggs
• 2 avocados, sliced
Instruction
1. Mix Panko, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl. Place flour in a separate bowl, and beat eggs in a third bowl.
2. Cut up avocado slices one at a time, dip into flour then egg, then Panko mixture generously.
3. Place in air fryer basket and fry at 400F for 10 minutes.
